My brother has considered any series of 5s to be lucky to him. Ever since he was a kid, we'd share a room and in turn a clock together, most of the time when he looked at the clock, day or night, it'd be a series of same numbers but usually 5:55. Ive found synchronicity to seem a little more legit than "oh its just a coincidence". Synchronicity is basically finding and connecting the cause to an effect while coincidence is just a way to blow off something and not think about it, the brains way of not giving a shit to go on with your daily life

I once saved my first playthrough of the first Silent Hill game at 11 hours, 11 minutes, and 11 seconds of gameplay. It was in 2014-15, but I've only taken this picture in 2016, and after the day I did my PS1 couldn't read disks anymore. :(

Last night I was browsing a thread and my friend and I were discussing it over chat.

As I scroll down the thread, I see a comment that says, "12:11am, huh?" and so on. It was referencing the time that the video that the thread was about took place. The video took place at 12:11am a few days ago, and it was posted in the thread for discussion.

As I read the comment, it prompted me to check the time, and what do you know, it's exactly 12:11am too. What are the odds? I told my friend about it and he just kinda rolled his eyes. lol

Now, I've experienced a lot of synchronicity to basically not doubt it anymore. But this one was just so frankly bizarre and specific that I had to laugh.

These threads are the only reason I come to /x/ and now they don't even make it past 30 replies anymore.

A few years back I was seeing certain numbers frequently. I saw 12:21 if not every day then almost every day for a good three months. My niece was born at 12:21 and never found myself seeing it much after other than the random occassion.

A year later, started seeing 2:34 for a month, would wake up at 2:34 every morning, would see it in the day. I'm at home one day, my Father came home, had a stroke, and died that night/ morning at 2:34. Again, didn't see it much nor did I ever wake up at 2:34 after.

Other smaller ones have happened through my life though.

One time at 2:22 I noticed I had ordered two cheeseburgers when I was out to eat with my two friends. I went to the bathroom and noticed I had two balls after waiting in line for two minutes for the two people in the two stalls to go number two. It was too crazy, so we left the restaurant after tipping the two different waitresses who served our two small tables that were pushed together two dollars and two cents. So me and my two friends left Ruby Tuesdays to go to my car which was parked in space two and I realized it was a two-door. Both drive and the other gears didn't work so I shifted it into two and looked two times before I pulled out of space two onto route two and drove two minutes until this guy hit the two-door and almost smashed the car in two. I asked the driver for two copies of his insurance car when two cops pulled up and asked us both for two forms of ID. I could tell the other driver was shaken up too so I went to those two and asked them if they needed to go to the hospital off Highway 222. They didn't want to. I then used my two feet and walked with my two friends back to apartment two and undid the two locks to my 2 bedroom place. True story. Too legit.

Possible that when you notice the synchronicity (2:22, 12:34 or whatever) you connect to some kind of parallel dimension and every time you see the occurence again after that you re-connect to that particular dimension. Ever since I was a young boy, I had seen the number 8 in odd places. Like I had stepped out of a bath and the number eight seemed written in the foggy mirror when I was around 8 or 9 years old and that always stuck with me. This happened a few times with different objects and different locations, and when I did a bit of research on it, I found 8 has ties to time, as well as the infinity symbol. That's the only answer I've come to find, does anyone know of any translations of the number eight, that may shed some light on what it means to me?

I never really experienced this phenomenon until after becoming a Christian...

They are usually for me associated with various numerical implications drawn in my own head from numerical implications in the bible.... There is sorta something numerical going on with God and the Bible(IMHO)

I see 22:22 a lot, I don't know why it mean something to me. Each time I watch the clock in the evening I wonder if it's gonna be 22:22, and most of the time it is. My wife say that it is the numbers of my guardian angel... I don't think it's supernatural though.
