fun story: I used to teach English in Vietnam, and at one point I was teaching communication english to a group of businessmen. We were talking about stereotypes (black people are lazy criminals, Japanese love tentacle porn, and so forth) and a teenager said 'Chinese people eat babies.' (This is a common stereotype in Vietnam, as Vietnamese and Chinese have a deep ancestral antipathy) Everyone laughed, except for one guy.

I was curious about his reaction, so I asked if he thought it was true. He said that he knew it was true, and I asked how. Turns out that this dude's business involves traveling to Southern China and sourcing materials for manufacturing in Vietnam. Long story short, he went to sign a contract with some Chinese businessmen and, as is customary in Asian countries, they all went out drinking and whoring after the signing of the contract. After dinner but before the whorehouse, they stopped off at a restaurant specializing in aphrodisiacs...the piece de la resistance was baby soup. Just like in the pic posted above.

He was very uncomfortable as he told this story and I believe he was telling the truth. When we asked if he ate the baby, he preferred not to say. So: it's true! Chinese eat babies. I hear they get the fetuses out the back door of abortion clinics, but I don't have anything to back that up.
