Recommendations for something I can listen to at night in my bed that will expand my consciousness, induce lucid dreaming or out of body experiences, etc? I have trouble sleeping and would like something to occupy my mind beside day to day stress.
Just get some low Hz binaural frequencies.
You could also do something like a 40~100 Hz progression, but this will get you wired while trying to sleep, and possibly make you out of sorts. It'd be a good way to wake up, however.

What about the binaural stuff from the Monroe Institute? That any good?
Enjoy.

When you do binaural beats make sure you lay on your back, eyes closed, with headphones, hands to the side, and completely still.
Give it 5-15 minutes.... It worked for me!

Might be b\c I'm a fan anon buy as soon in heard submissive and obedient, I felt a panic attack coming on. I listened through, but could not relax enough. Felt severe paranoia about mind erasure... Fun times...

Yeah I can't fall for the shtick either, she has a great voice though. Her other vids are more relaxing/medatitive.

i think op was looking for something a little less shallow than that lmao
Just be sure you want to do this
I started playing with out of body experiences and lucid dreaming months ago, it was really hard and I couldn't do it
then I used that binaural shit and I got asleep. i suddenly woke up really hard in a sleep paralysis, without any hallucination thankfully, and then I went back to normal
but since then everytime I go to sleep, the first attempts my head suddenly feels like it's exploding. it's really annoying.
i searched it and it's called exploding head syndrome. i don't know why but these binaural shit made me develop it
it doesn't hurt or anything but it's really anoying. you're about to sleep and BOOM

EHS happens to me as well. For me, it's basically like someone yelling as loud as they can right in my ear when I'm dozing off. Luckily it happens like one time a year at max. It's HORRIFYING.

did you tried binaural beats?
If you have trouble sleeping, try ASMR. I personally enjoy the ear-cleaing ones.
