How does it work?
I was born on The 1st of novembre at 5:55 pm

I'll read my own chart for the start. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

My rising sign is in Sag, making me quite forthright and active in when meeting people. Its ruler Jupiter is in Scorpio which I guess dampens it a bit or gives me quick "insight" in new situations. My Sun is in Gemini which is a social and intellectual sign but makes me also quite superficial and fickle. Asc and Sun are in opposition, I don't know what it means. Gemini's ruler Mercury is in conjunction with the Sun, strengthening it but maybe also drawing it even more to the direction of Cancer which can aggravate the bipolar tendencies found in Gemini. Mars in Taurus makes me quite docile and slowmoving. It's also supposed to make me hardworking but that's not really my personality since I'm quite lazy. Scorpio dominates my chart, with three planets and midheaven in it. The Moon in Scorpio makes me quite secretive and implies problems with my childhood and subconcious desires. Its classical ruler Mars is in opposition to it which I guess makes it even more disharmonious. There is a water trine on the chart, making me deeply emotional. Venus in Leo gives me more extroverted qualities and makes me quite active in the first stages of a relationship but Mars in Taurus slows it down later.

Just one example so to not make this post my personal diary. They said "'What can you do for me' is a question you frequently ask", and that couldn't be farther than the truth, first because I don't filter my relationships at all thinking anything, second because the thing I like most about people is when they don't have to give me anything.

No, I'm aware enough to realize that I'm not a subject matter expert here. Sun and mars in Leo: Bombastic. Mercury, Venus, AND Moon in Cancer: emotional, nurturing and sometimes trying to outflank people in those regards. Rising in Aries...good thing I'm too stupid to give up sometimes. Trying to understand what the outer planets' impact might be. Also what is your opinion on Sun signs? To me they don't seem very important.

Study it, there's tons of astrology resources available and I recommend it for everyone interested in their personality and subconscious drives - it's a pretty deep subject though.

I've studied astrology pretty extensively for 5ish years and still don't find my skills adequate enough to do readings for other people.

It's a pretty big responsibility to "mess with destinies" so to speak and you have to be very clear with your output to not be misunderstood when doing readings.

Just so you know, I'm no expert. Mars in the 4th, particularlly bad aspected, can be lead to arguments at home and probably make a person hold a grudge. Considering Mars is also in Scorpio and Conjunct the moon. Moon to Venus can make an artsy person. I can't remember too well, but I may have read Mars in the 4th can make people really want their privacy at home or something. With a mix of Leo Ascendant, Scorpio/4th house placements, Mercury in Aquarius conjunct the Descendant, and Venus in Pisces might make an ambivert.

i don't see it as controversial to me sexuality isn't controversial and nothing is particularly shocking or taboo, i've had people tell me way more graphic details than that in casual conversation and it's something i'm very used to

i thought it seemed relevant to the conversation and came up fluidly personally

i'm no astrologer but I like how geometrically well-aligned your chart is. one thing I'd point out is the venus-moon opposition, moon being in libra 11th house with additional squares to neptune and uranus - perhaps you have a hard time getting along other people (especially women?) because of unusual opinions (N&U in 3rd house) that don't go well with society at large? Are you perhaps politically active (jupiter in 11th house?) Mars in Leo close to MC in 9th house - i get the feeling you are strongly opinionated (maybe to the point of radicalism?), with the scorpio rising and all, pluto square mars...

Your sense of aesthetics and beauty is clear-cut and instantaneous - you know what you like when you see it (mars in leo trine venus in aries).

i can tell you that jupiter in the 5th house can mean a lot of indulgence in vices and partying and tends towards hedonism, but can also put a focus on children if settling down is something you eventually do

it's the only planet in my 5th house so i know that much
