I find it from 1-2 years ago that paul hellyer, former defensive minister of canada mentions governments on earth cooperating with aliens for decades and even getting technologies from them

He didn't have any first hand information on anything, not that a pissant country like Canada would anyway. He had some people blow smoke up his ass and he bought it hook line and sinker.
