I've been hearing intermittient garbled talking through my headphones. I 've checked every tab, unplugged them from the computer, and whenever someone else puts them off they won't talk. It sounds like someone repeating a string of numbers. 60603060.

From my knowledge in a classical understanding of EMR, moving charges generate both an electrical and magnetic moment 90 degrees out of phase to one another that propagate through empty space that can induce an electromagnetic force upon a conductor of appropriate dimensions. So my guess is that an unshielded electrical element is leaking a signal.
It could be neural burn-in, as in contrast to television that have static images, as too the brain can give the inclination of sound.
Earlier today, I was chatting on a video chat site, recollecting with another person about old people. One said person we mention was this quirky girl that everyone joked with, calling her "Alien", then I heard a voice that sounded like hers in the chat site, saying something along the lines of, "Well that's not something very nice to say." I wasn't the only person to hear it, and I hadn't even spoke with this girl for about 3 years now.
Sometimes you got to wonder.
