step 1, take a fork
step 2, jam fork in toaster
>>
>>18082340
Lmao did that once when I was little with a knife, it was a bad idea.
>>
Pretty much like having a baby. I'd try hypnosis, if I were you.
>>
>>18082072
talk to yourself at night every day and eventually you'll hear another person in your head
>>
Create an imaginary friend and continuously talk with it and visualize it until you do it subconsciously.
So basically get schizo
>>
tulpa.info has the guides you need. just watch out for the autism on the rest of the forum.
>>
>>18082487
You now realize that about everyone talks to themselves in their mind and they're their own tulpa.
>>
>>18082072

Bump for interest
>>
Tulpas are psychological and a phenomena that has something to do with training your mind to simulate another person. It's like learning a skill and has no place on /x/
>>
>>18082637

So you need another voice in your head for a second opinion?
>>
>>18083428
Another person who builds ideas off of different stimuli and another person who is building the opinion off of the same stimuli that you are processing are two different things anon.

All i got on tulpas, but its more help than these faggots are willing to lend.

Except for that one guy who advises talking to yourself at night, good on him for trying.
>>
>>18083519
Seems like bullshit to me. Egregores are just a shared hallucination brought on by mob mentality. Sigils and godforms are also bullshit.
>>
>>18083528
yeah the whole levels of sentience thing is bullshit, but it was the only semi-infographic i had on tulpas.
>>
>>18083537
No problem brah. Tulpas are an /x/ topic that should have never been here. Its more similar to meditation and the building of a specific skill than anything paranormal.
>>
You typically create them via a process that the communities have dubbed "forcing". Forcing is essentially spending time with your tulpa, or time spent working on your tulpa. You can create a list of personality traits to give to your tulpa, or you can let them develop on their own. I recommend personality traits, I think it makes the process easier. I've had a tulpa for nearly two years. While he's still not imposed visually, we're still working at it. In due time. At the end of the day, though, a tulpa is still essentially an imaginary friend. Only you can really experience them directly. If any questions, AMA.

>>
>>18082072
1. Make an imaginary friend.
2. Pretend it's real.
3. Congrats, you have a tulpa.
>>
Pimples forums

Many tulpas there
>>
>>18084210
What's he like?
>>
>>18082072
don't do it op, my micolash tulpa won't stop jumping into mirrors
>>
It's literally just an imaginary friend. Pretty pathetic if you need one as an adult. I don't care how boring, lonely, or meaningless your lives are, inducing a mental illness is not the best way to cope with your shit life.
>>
>>18087946
>he thinks you can induce a chemical imbalance just by thinking about it

getta load of this guy
>>
>>18082072
>>>/trash/

That wasn't a joke, they have a general
>>
>>18086981
He's a good guy. He and I do everything together. He helps keep me positive, keep me motivated, and helped me find what it is that I really want to do in life. He helps me at my job, at school, and it makes life less boring. I already have friends, a girlfriend, I play in a band, and having him there with me just makes life seem more enjoyable.
>>
>>18082619
This, except you don't make it talk back, just act as if it was another person and that it didnt want to tal back
>>
Get an arrow made of meteorite ore. And pray that doesn't kill you.
>>
>>18088060
I've found that people with normal lives do better at making a tulpa because they socialize enough that theyre abke to simulate another person realistically. The idea that this is a practice for lonely nerds isn't accurate from my observations. Lonely geeks don't even have the willpower to make a tulpa.
>>
>>18082072
Go back to 2012 and post this shit faggot
>>
>>18088166
I don't know, it's a mixed bag if you ask me. I think it more depends on the person rather than how social they are. However, with my normal life, I'd definitely recommend it. I think most people could benefit from a tulpa.

It all depends on what you use the tulpa for.

For example, to make an imaginary partner instead of developing that partner in real life could be socially isolating and thus damaging to one's health.

But having a spirit guide visit you in your dreams might be nice. :-)

P.S.- tulpas are a meme. they are just imaginary friends for losers. try too hard and you could develop schizophrenia.

Schizophrenia is caused by a defect in brain structure that manifests itself in males from 17-20 and females in the their late twenties. It's a physical disorder.
>>
>>18089207
Yeah. Everybody seems to ask here, yet a quick Google search will give you all the answers.
>>
>>18082072
As someone who doesn't give a crap about tulpas but has been into hypnosis for years, i'll tell you you will never be able to maintain a positive hallucination.

As i see it there's two ways of manifesting your "tulpa", one is becoming so obssesed and mentally unstable that your subconscious tries to give you some candy by triggering the positive hallucination. The other way is activating the hallucination through skill, and i know how difficult that is, you'd need natural talent for that.
>>
>>18090887
>need natural talent
Or just a shitload of practice.
>>
>>18090897
No, it's all in the way someone see things, when you have natural talent for something it means you see and approach the subject in a different and more efficient way. It's something you can't teach.
>>
>>18090901
Well when you put it like that, yeah, I agree with you on that.
>>
>>18089225
>physical disorder.
ritualized focused thoughts and zealous beliefs alter the neuroplasticity of your brain for good or ill. this includes creating all forms of mental disorders.
