Stumbled across some posts about an "Alien Races Book"
Where i assume its supposed to be a book of "known" races that have visited the planet.

Sounds like utter bullshit to me, but anyone follow?

Hmm no, this was explicitly about other Races of Alien. Like 50ish. It included Annunaki, Greys and a ton of other races that "They" (being the infanous pronoun people) knew of, but refused to disclose.
The had to keep a book so "They" would know what race had shown up, if the we're friendly or hostile, and all information "They" had on them.
