Oculus is fucking terrible, jesus christ does /x/ just automatically think a horror movie is good if it has a decent budget?

I've seen Oculus, it was decent. No one has seen any of the ones on my list?

I've seen jessabel,and it was entertaining, but it wouldn't consider it a horror movie

I have seen most of these and none are standouts. If this is all you have to choose from,
the ruins is probably your best bet. The ruins is more like adventure horror such as lake placid or anaconda. Just bad things happening to people, not scary in any sense of the word.

I didn't mind the gallows, but a lot of fanbois just hated that movie.

All of these movies have their issues, either inexperienced actors, bad pacing, terrible scripts, found footage overload etc.
