I did some research on summoning for the luls.

Firstly, you have to have a dedicated Alter to whom you want to summon. If I'm not mistaken you basically have to pledge your life to this being to ever have a chance of calling them out.

And because they are beings from other realms, it's possibly their lives too, have ended.

How about this: I'm so depressed and self-hating that I'm ready to kill myself.
