probably not. Just flashing these types of things doesn't really have any effect on the subconscious or anything like that, there needs to be some type of invoking with goetic symbols etc., ritual magick all that jazz

When I lived in Haiti, people would come at night and draw symbols like this in the mud on the side of our truck.
Every night a different symbol would appear.
It was unnerving. Never found out who did it, but had suspicions...

Alright, thanks. I always wondered if these things were done in an attempt to actually hurt when projected on TVs and the like but I guess it might just boil down to spooky scribble when used in such a way way.
