Only a part of us can exist within in this 3rd Dimension. We perceive it as our body, and consciousness as we know it.
However, we have other limbs and consciousness that is part of us, BUT they exist on another plane.
When we dream or expand our consciousness we are able to become aware of it.

Somewhat of a misnomer. There are a series of claims using the words "4 dimensional beings", and each have their flavor of how to describe us as observers that exist in whatever they posit the 4th dimension is.
