I had it the other day. I woke up in the morning unable to move. It was almost like an out of body experience. I felt something tall and dark creeping into my room and I tried to yell or move or something and couldn't and right when it's hands got to my neck I woke up completely. And it was like it was never there. I thought sleep paralysis was bullshit up until that moment.
