A couple weeks ago, on a trip to the Dominican Republic, I was inflicted with a strange wound on my right inner elbow. I was staying on an extremely remote island(no wifi, cell service, or even electricity), and literally woke up with a large swathe of missing skin and torn flesh. The room I was staying on was directly accessible from the beach/woods, and my door was unlocked. Upon returning to the US, I immediately visited a dermatologist who couldn't explain it and just prescribed me some topical antibiotics. Given the lack of medical explanation, I was wondering if any of you know about a possible paranormal explanation for my wound. I've heard of spirits clawing at their victims in the night, resulting in mysterious scratch marks, and I think I might be dealing with something similar.

Pic related, it's the wound as of today
Next post is the wound the day after I got it.
It's scarred over in this one, but it was bright red and raw the morning of.

Likely a fungal infection considering the region you were in. I'd keep an eye on it and take those antibiotics.

op here, not a medfag, but would that even be possible? I did not experience signs of infection either before or after getting it, and I'm not sure an infection could cause such damage so rapidly and suddenly.

The dermatologist would have considered that option. Antibiotics don't treat fungus. Chemical burn maybe. Not paranormal.

Might be insects.
Insect stings and bites can do weird thing.
Last time I was stung by what I believe were hornets (Didn't stop to take a close look, was stung multiple times) the wounds looked like big bruises then two weeks later became concave and I had to drain LIQUEFIED FLESH from them, no pus whatsoever.
Occam's razor? Allergic reaction from a spider bite.

so you shot some heroin?
Looks like you contracted a flesh eating bacteria.
Do you know how to combat micro organisms?
>>18036417
Heroin wouldn't do that, at least the sores wouldn't look like that anyway.
Krokodil, on the other hand...
Dude! The same thing happend to me too! I think its aliens tho. I have tease weird red marks on my belly and Ive been gaining alot of weight out of nowhere.
Pic related the scar is from when I had my appendix removed.

Can't tell if satire or retarded. Such is life
>>18036137
did you dream someone was stretching your arm? some negative deity of some sort perchance?
>>18036492
Those are stretch marks, likely caused by what I an only assume is a weird organism inside of you, causing you to eat more. . .
. . . Yourself.
what were you doing in my island anyways faggot?
>>18036141
That is definitely a fungal infection. Possibly like a ringworm or tinea. DEFINITELY see a doctor and get antifungals.
>>18036457
Nah, krokodil after-effects actually look worse.

do you recall anything else strange about yourself that day? headaches, sore bum, weird dreams?
