Okay, first post here.
A few weeks ago a friend of mine and I started to delve into the occult and stuff. He's a follower of the Old religion, and I'm, surprise surprise, a Catholic.
We recently came across a strange notepad, with really obscure stuff in it. Looking for help, he decided that it would be a great idea to contact Hecate. We purified the place, and we did the ritual. I started talking, or at least, that's what he told me, because i don't remember shit. The feeling I had was like some kind of weight on my chest, and i started to hyperventilate, but without the normal consequences like passing out.
A few days later, i tried to enter that trance-like state that i had been into during the ritual, and what i felt was the exact same feelings as before, the only difference being that the weight now felt like a empty hole in my chest, as if I was trying to make room for something.
So, /x/, any clue of what happened?

the first time we were in my flat, the second time I was in the living room of a friend of mine.
I won't go into detail, but there's some really shady stuff in that notepad. What i can say is that there are rituals to evoke demons, and that this book has been used before, around 40 years ago or something like that.
We were asking Hecate if we should study that notepad. Not to evoke anything, btw, we just want to fully grasp what that notepad is all about. Here's what my friend told me I said:
Friend: (after i started hyperventilating) "Are you hecate?"
I: "Yes"
F: "should we study that notepad?"
I: "Yes, yes, yes"
