Not sure desu, OP. If one were to fake this they'd need to cut out the eyes and stick their own within it like they do in portraits in movies.

But the body is 3D and it's probably in front of a lot of people during a sermon. On the other hand you could somehow animate eyes on it, even though I highly doubt that's the case since it doesn't look animated and it would probably require more skill than it's worth.

It doesn't look like the camera guy notices the eyes or was intentionally trying to capture the shot.

If you can find a track record of Mexican Catholics doctoring footages of 'miracles', then that might help you find your answer.

I have read a lot of it and personally think is real, or at least in the sense it was used to bury a real guy that got crucified 2000 years ago.
