Thoughts on this gentleman and his institute? he is exceptionally articulate and has a great speaking voice, and makes sense. My one beef with his meditation is that when he leads it, he goes real fast with "I am not the body / I am not even the mind." If you do it with an in breath and out breath at the tempo he uses, you end up hyperventilating, not relaxing.
Still, I'd like to know the experience of others.
Seems to have mayavadi influences and not belong to any real sampradaya. New age bullshit, in other words.
Anyone else?

Just keep on practicing at your own pace.
In meditation counts more the constancy than the intensity and stop tinking in worlds will help you to remove psicologycal time whit is one of the main roots of suffering.
He's based. I watch him all the time. Everything he says makes sense

modern Osho

He's genuine.
But his focus isn't to try to bring anybody to enlightenment, but just to use his position to create social infrastructure in places in India that need it. He's basically helping build communities throughout his country.

the hyperventilating you mention is an actual vedic meditation breathing style..ik sounds weird but there are a lot of different breath excercises
