Lol! I'm 20 and found Inland Empire when I was in high school and absolutely loved it. I've watched multiple times throughout the years and each time liked it even more. I love action movies too, but this is still my favorite film. Guess I'm just one of the few exceptions. ;)

Fun Fact: Only one scene in all of "Inland Empire" was filmed in the Inland Empire section of Southern California. It's the outdoor barbecue scene ( pic related ). It seems to be in the city Rubidoux, just west of Riverside across the Santa Ana river.
