Weird noises and shit, 2nd track (1726fcf8e4a4f6f6f25ffa59ff35b5e6) is a spectrogram, it says "tiger128.3" -- which is seen in the picture.
Quick backtrack:
I was checking my SoundCloud as I talk to a few artists on there. I got a notification that someone followed me, led me to this guy's user account. I ran both through a spectrogram thinking it was like one of those Lavender Town "Missing Frequencies" bullshit, the "1726" one is the ONLY one that came up with something. I looked up "tiger128.3" and it turns out it's a type of encryption algorithm, but I have no idea how to decrypt and I haven't found a site that allows me to decrypt. My guess:
The artist name on the site is the decryption key, and the track name is the string.
Turns out he's unfollowed me. I'll put my name in this for future reference in case.
ARG?
Possibly, I'm not particularly sure. This is really odd.
noise music arg
possible Erratas connection?
Pardon my knowledge on these things, but may I ask what that is?

Which is Latin meaning 'the key'
Could it mean encryption key? I also posted on reddit, link here: https://www.reddit.com/r/creepy/comments/4w5z15/odd_account_on_soundcloud/
