When i was living in Hollywood one of my friends (a local) took me to the roof of this apartment complex right by the Chinese theater etc so we could chill and smoke some weed.

We see these workers in odd minions-esque work attire on another roof nearby and it looked like they were installing yet another series of rooftop EMP devices (like panels that emit signal to brainwash ppl / disrupt the airwaves / debilitate rogue technology etc)

My friend kept trying to play kvlty shit on my phone and it wouldn't let him (it worked for me playing my videos)

The absolute weirdest part of that hour was, whenever my friend would attempt to impart esoteric conspiracy shit to me (stuff you could never say in public or they'd make you disappear without a trace) BUT whenever dude would attempt or be in the middle of telling me stuff, we would get zapped from a remote source (there was a distinct direction from where it was coming from) by EMP signals (that were also disabling the phone) and it would be so strong a signal that my friend would be cut off from talking. He was like "look man they're doing it right now, they don't want me telling ppl this shit" .

Hollywood worker here, work for a producer and have been to a few functions and parties.

I once saw two elderly men, one I do not know and the other a fairly well know actor who goes by the initials JT enter a hotel room with a young woman.

Later on I couldn't see JT or the young woman but I did see the other man down stairs at the fnction and he looked messy and sweaty and sitting alone and on the corner of his mouth was a bit of red although he was drinking red wine or something so it may have been that.
