To the person asking about astral projecting & sleep paralysis: I always get those vibrations you're talking about. I also watched a documentary about sleep paralysis & every single person talks about the vibrating feeling and auditory hallucinations which I also experience. As far as astral projecting goes, I don't have too much advice for you because it's something I've always known how to do, not something I learned how to do. I meditate before bed & that helps me slip right into the astral realm. Feel free to explore, just don't travel too far & get lost. My grandmother told me that if you travel too far away from your body another spirit will try to inhabit it because they want so much to be alive again. I couldn't control it at first but with years of astral projecting I'm able to finally control it.
