Weird Creature in Tunnels

What time does the shit happen?

LMAO. I used to work for what was essentially the water dept in the town I used to live in. I cant express to you how many times I have stumbled across idiots crawling down tunnels like this because they became disoriented and lost. Figure looks like exactly that. What they were looking for? who the fuck knows...its definitely creepy as shit down in those tunnels sometimes though.
