I had nightmares while awake. 4 months later I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia. Get looked at.

nightmares are easy to induce through drug use/withdrawal

It''s probably from taking some sleep aid or drinking too much, I've found if I drink hard for a week and then stop, take trazadone as a sleep aid, you'll have the most horrible nightmares you've ever had, I woke up at least once and acted like I was still in the dream. they are so vivid and real I really don't want to stop even if they are fucking horrifying

It's actually a continuing experiment I'm doing with myself, because as bad as the night terrors get, it gives me serious, serious food for thought in my waking hours.
