You do realize "you" is just your "conscious." Consciousness is a form of perception manifested by chemical processes within your brain.

So if you die, your brain dies, and so does your consciousness and your entire being. It's essentially the same thing before you were born.

Anything other than that involves supernatural and philosophical thinking outside the bounds of current science.
