hey /x/ I really need your help on this one.
I actually have schizophrenia and these things happen from some time to time. But what happened today just shook my whole understanding of the world for me. I'm really not sure if this is really happening to me or what's going on, maybe I'm just delusional. Either way I need your help.
Anyway I had this dream today. I posted it on pastebin since character limit and it's a bit more stable there.

The dream being as odd as it was. What came into my email just a few hours ago from, what it seems to be some Russian email address? no idea why but what was inside... it was just ummm.. really unsettling..
I got two images. I'll post the one here. It looks like the inside of the gas mask from my dream. I know this sounds stupid and people might think that I'm just being a troll but is there a chance that this is all very coincidental or maybe it is because of my sickness I'm just imagining things. Or maybe it's my friend pulling a very fucked up prank on me knowing that I'm mentally ill. I'm actually a bit scared to open the second image now that I've seen the first one.

The EXIF data doesn't shows anything of interest but just as the other anon said, 4chan might erase the EXIF data. Upload to imgur please. I am running the picture in photo analysis software now.
