When I meditate deeply, my heart chakra feels extremely heavy. Almost like there's a giant weight on my chest. Does this mean anything? I'm certain it's not medical at all

Can't say but all of them. Ideally they should all be working at the best possible level. Idk about you but I'm sure my chakras are pretty much a wreck because I haven't done anything "spiritually" or whatever recently. There is a simple exercise where you put all your fingers straightened together (right arm iirc) and perform a spinning motion a few inches from your body where the each chakra should be. I think there was a difference if you're male or female in relation to the way of hand movement - clockwise or anticlockwise, but I'm not sure. There are many videos on YT with specific chakra frequency music but some look a bit off to me. There are many types of yoga and meditation that could help you. Tai chi as well. You may need to do cleansing and purifying of various negative energies too.

I remember using a technique ages ago I don't remember where I got it from but you draw a contour of your body and you draw in all the chakras. Then you circle around those chakras with your pen for a few minutes each. You need all of them up and running for optimum use of your faculties afaik. They ultimately affect your aura, which, if your energy centers are misaligned, would reflect that as being deformed itself, shrunken and weak. Also drawing a circle around your body -which represents your aura- and then repeating it over and over strengthens it. As far as I understand it,

and that could potentially lead to possession(human and non human), energy vampirism, general unconscious influence from other people, attachments of small astral entities.

Your anxiety however may have many causes which may or may not be solved through energy work or meditation or whatever. Maybe it's something purely psychological that leads to an unbalanced energy system.

It's about energy and frequencies. We can see very, very little of what's actually there. It will look cooky because it's got nothing to do with the physical world. Weird hand gestures manipulate energies in particular ways. I don't know how it works but specific frequencies can have different effects on the brain and body. There was this Mythbusters episode with the brown note and I think Adam shat himself. The whole binaurals thing works too... IIRC it is applied in crowd control.
