Also record you're dreams.
When you wake up try to remember the dream you just had.
Record it do that for a full month.
Then read it try to figure out what that dream was trying to tell you.

thanks guys

Difficult or extremely negative experiences in my life. Isolation and time to think honestly about them and why I acted or felt the way I did/do.
Break every decision or thought down until they're at their basic level. When you break that next situation down don't allow any of the steps to contradict those from the previous. If you do, then clearly you were wrong about how you felt on one of those levels.
Stupid example, but:
>I want to work with computers
>I like computers because I like programming, and I like x, y and z
>I like programming because I like absolutes, x, y and z
>So on and so on
This would mean that you don't ONLY like things that are absolute, but you partial to them. It's hard to explain correctly but it helped me gauge where my beliefs fall on a spectrum.
Try to process everything and always say what you mean, and mean what you say. If you can't explain something then you don't know it.

I'm still lost as fuck. Having a massive soul makes it hard to understand anything.

is a big soul a good thing?

Knowledge of the self is easier than you think. I found recognising what's in the way helps when you're lost. I vital piece of knowledge I discovered is individuals who want to mass produce stuff need a market before the huge costs are spent on it. They have to make the audience think they asked for what they're getting.
