I mean fuck you could just make a show about an exorcist on its own and have it have nothing to do with the movie. But they are piggy backing off of it because they think it cant stand on its own otherwise. pretty pathetic

What is it with networks canceling good shows but then picking up bad scripts and giving them bullshit hooks?

Horror TV shows are awful. They don't have the production value or talent to make anything effective whatsoever.

The Exorcist (1973) was a good movie because the director was a legend who knew exactly how to capture the right tone and get exactly what he needed out of the actors and crew.
