These a really long trail called the transcanada trail it passes through mid southern Ontario. There's dogman sightings around the red area at least, as well as a propensity for cults that others with more knowledge can fill in (I've only heard bare rumours). In addition, check out the Hermitage in Hamilton. It's the go-to local haunted spot.

My city, which isn't being named but is in the 519 area-code, has a disturbingly frequent amount of 'holes'. I've seen them with groups, seen them with strangers, and know more than a few otherwise completely skeptical people who've seen them as well.

What follows is NOT a creepypasta... because honestly it's not interesting enough... but take it for what you will.

A friend of mine lives in Fort Erie, has most of her life. I personally can't stand visiting her because the entire time I'm in that town my Spidey-senses go into overdrive... there's something fucked about the town in general, can't put my finger on it.

Anyway about two months ago she and a friend of hers decided to check out this little gated community that's off away from the rest of the town. Been there for ages but for some reason neither of them had ever gone, so one night they decide what the hell, let's take a quick drive up. It's a weird little place, just a street through the trees that ends in a circle with houses and then back out you go.

Anyway as they're driving up at one point they both start to feel a bit weird - she gets a headache, he gets nausea - and then the engine sputters and almost stalls. They get past this point and start to feel a bit better as the road passes through the trees and they get to the houses.

The houses are all identical, and the lights are off in all of them. It's weird. And there's only one way in or out of that neighborhood, and it's on that road. Oh - and the iron gate runs the entire periphery around the neighborhood.

So they're feeling a bit paranoid and they head out, and at the EXACT same spot the engine almost stalls out and they both feel sick for a bit. Buddy actually takes his foot off the gas and my friend just yells at him "No no floor it, we've got to go!" They manage to get out of there. By the time they hit the road they're both feeling fine but kinda shaken, like if they'd stopped they would never have gotten out.

I just checked Google Earth and the houses don't even show up. It just looks like cleared empty land. Old pic maybe? New development and they haven't sold any of the units, and my friend's just paranoid? IDK,but that engine's never so much as sputtered before or since.

Do you know where Fair Haven is OP?

In niagara on the lake, theres a lot of activity, mostly because of the 1812 war. There are two forts that I'd recommend checking out.

First is Fort George. Lots of activity here, many ghost sightings and happenings. A friend of mine used to work there and she saw shit all the time. Apparently Sir Issac Brock still hangs around there, but gets very confused when people refer to him as Sir, as he was knighted posthumous. She took part in doing drills while working there and laughed because he commented that the only one doing drills correctly was the women.

The other place to look at is Fort Mississauga. It's a much smaller fort, located on the edge of the river off a golf course. It's Technically supposed to be closed at night but they never close the gate. I've felt like I'm being watched while there, but not in an unnerving way. Other people have reported hearing drums and talking, time slips, and some other stuff. If you do go, I'd recommend lighting a cigarette and leaving it on a ledge for the solders who're still there.

Screaming tunnel is another spot. It's a little tunnel under a railway where a little girl was murdered by her father I believe. She's still there and the tunnel itself seems much darker than it really ought to be. Like pitch black, not able to even see the other side at night. It radiates feelings of nervousness even before you can see it.

I live just east of t.o about forty five minutes away. In Bowmanville Ontario there is an old pow camp called Camp 30. After the war it got turned into a Boys school for problem boys. Grant cemetery. It's an old cemetery legit in the middle of the woods. Long ago there was a fire that destroyed a bunch a towns, fucked up this cemetery and a lot of the fire victims are there with no gravestone. Also a bunch stories of deaths there "semi" recently, like after it became a ghost legend or whatever.

Been there, saw shit, heard shit. Played ouijaboard, it told us to run and when it landed on the n we heard screams outa the forest. There's some shit there man.
