Well, I dunno about other sects, but I know that my sect of Satanism doesn't worship things. Devils serve us at our pleasure and we don't even bother with demons. Not worth our time.
Worshipping devils is for people who are too weak to control them, and worshipping demons is practically shameful. Demon worshippers should just off themselves and be done with it. They're the metaphysical equivalent of welfare queens. Bizarrely proud of being useless losers.
