It really was pretty shitty. I didn't even go in expecting much and it still disappointed me. The characters are unlikable as fuck, and it was boring as hell. Not even a little bit scary.

Event Horizon is a great space horror movie that everyone should see if they haven't already. A nice change of pace from haunted house movies.

Certain scenes will stick with you. It ends up being far darker than you expect it to be or would guess from the trailer.

best part of the movie was the pop-up book. nice looking prop. Most of the film falls flat though.
