I have always had turbulent and overwhelming emotions. Lately I have had them more under control, but in the past they've always ruined my intimate relationships. I'm currently in a serious relationship for the past year. It's been long distance from the start and we have another year and a half until we can actually be together. Not that Jupiter has brought wealth into your adulthood, but its enabled you to have the professional (or I suppose educational, which I suspect will lead well into the professional) start you have. You were raised good, in that part.

Venus is in 12th house, which relay what karma has brought you in the last life. It also relates to the subconscious. I was implying that the isolation you experience is what gives you serenity, away from the mob. But I noticed it trined Jupiter, so I figured it was brought upon from the conditions of your childhood. Take a look at your MC contacts, by the way. I think it confirms your life path. Sun and Chiron make good contacts to it.
