I only write this way because I've had something in my system that allows such feelings such as hope to arise. Normally I'm so concentrated on facts and fiction that I don't develop a lick of emotion throughout the day.

However there is nothing greater than experiencing things for yourself. If you stop letting people "experience with "their eyes"" then you can come to realize that experience is not something you can learn from a book. This is an expedition OP. I don't think you understand how inhospitable the Antarctic is. You will need permits from the UN, you'll need to get equipment, you'll need to plan routes, you'll need to actually find credible men and the funds to get it rolling. Then the hardest part which will be surviving in attic tempatures. I know this is role playing but honestly, you will not have a loose band of soldiers of fortune on this endeavor. You'll have seasoned scientists with maybe some combat training, who are on your payroll, and probably have families and shit (I know too light heated, Boo Hoo). They will have jobs assigned to them to keep eachother alive, because if honestly one of yalls team dies from hypothermia, starvation, disease (that's why you have medic, or some other god awful accident.
