I'm gonna guess that these are created and uploaded quickly. They have some botnet or massive group of computers just visit and watch the videos over and over again. They then rake in the cash. The amount of view they have for being such shit videos and being so new is INSANE. If you search for "finger family" on youtube, and then filter only the ones uploaded within the last hour, you get a bunch of brand new finger family videos that are already starting to rack up views.

Geez, do you even have children of your own? the point here is that graphic content and adult situations are being put together in children's games. Its not about playing doctor games being wrong, but the way those games are depicted being inapropiate for their target audience.
