It's happened before. If you think every contrail is a chemtrail the amount of secrecy and people it would take would be unreasonable. That's a little crazy.

But the technology is there, the motive is there. There's a precedent. It's not crazy to consider the idea.

Folks will take the ideas of this and things like MK ultra a little too far, and start on things like weather control and sleeper agents, but there's a basis for both.
