Hey /x/, I've posted some of my art on here before, I'm gonna post some of the recent ones I've been doing. A lot of it is pretty /x/ related I'd say.
Also, just a general creepy art thread.

Nice work, anon, that's a unique art style. What inspires you to make these illustrations?

Thanks! Hmmm I dunno really, a lot of things inspire me in various ways. Things that are sort of creepy and unsettling but in a weird way they are intriguing or familiar.
Also psychedelic stuff, the mind, energy. Although I stay away from a lot of new age bullshit.
>>17913338
Neat stuff! What inspires you? I wish I had the imagination and skill to dream some of this stuff up.

Oh I guess you just answered it. When did you start doing this? And do you come up with any backstory to what you draw? Or is it supposed to mean something.
Heres some digital stuff

>>17913376
I might come up with a very vague story as I'm drawing in order to help me create the surroundings or something. But I almost never go into a drawing with a clear idea already in mind. And even then it usually evolves into several different things over the course of me doing it. Drawing is pretty meditative for me, and probably snyone who gets into it enough. Sometimes I feel like I've heightened my awareness when i draw, and when I look back on the pictures I can barely even remember the actual process of drawing them. It feels like some collective subconscious download type.

Posted a shitty version of this one too.

Very nice work, OP.

Yeah! Go ahead, my art insta is @bobo.designs in case you wanna look at more.
>>17913484
Thank you, I'm not the best with realistic or polished stuff, but I've figured out my ways around it, which is pretty much cartooney monsters and gross looking humans haha. You can make sloppiness or mistakes work in your favor when you are trying to make something more creepy

I personally like gross-out stuff, but I'm much better at doing heads and faces. As soon as I hit the neck and body I kind of freeze up, regardless of how cartoonish the rest of it is.
It really just comes down to needing more practice. Keep up the good work, buddy.

This damn timer is killing me.
pretty cool I like all the hand drawn stuff I never really like the look of stuff done digitally... what do you use when you draw? like pencils then go over it with ink?
Nice art, OP. Keep it up.
these are fantastic op. update in a few weeks when you finish things up and have more :)
Alright ladies and gentlesirs, I'm out of art.

These are Wayne Barlowe, in case anyone didn't know. He did an awesome series of artbooks on hell, culminating in a novel.

Yeah, I use a mix of pencils, pens, and paint sharpies. I've been trying to do more physical stuff. Digital is just easier haha I can bust shit out so much quicker. But I agree nothing's better than a real drawing

One of my favorite artists right now is Zbigniew Bielak. He mainly does album cover for bands like Watain, Ghost, Mayhem, etc.

If fuel is scarce, then they ran out and had to move to other pillars. It looks like there's space for five "people" around each, and most of the fires have three or four, so there'd be space for them.
If fuel is not scarce, they went elsewhere for their own reasons and the fire burned out for lack of anyone to attend it. This seems to be the case, since if fuel were scarce they'd recognize that they could be running 20% fewer of those fires, meaning all the other ones could burn 25% longer.
