I have recently started a pretty healthy diet (pic related) and that makes me feel a lot better...not sure if it's strengthening my chi or not though.

A lot of people recommend meditation but not sure where to start. I don't want to go to some meditation group seems like the kind of thing i'd want to do by myself.
