I live in Southwest Detroit, I got a bit of a creepy story from when I was a tiny child in the 3rd grade (21 now.)

>Sleep on the second floor of my house
>Around 3 AM, still wide awake
>Facing windows, which are behind my TV
>A sudden, solid few knocks at the window make me almost shit myself.
>My attention turns to the window
>Mini heart attack as I see a silhouette through the shade
>It's just standing there
>On the second floor
>It knocks a few more times, I turn the tv louder and pull the covers over my head
>Eventually I fall asleep
>Next day walk to school with friends and cousin
>Arrive at school through alley, no cars, no birds, nothing, absolute silence.
>Get in during breakfast and every kid is freaking out in the cafeteria talking about the same experience even though I told no one.
>Some say they saw red eyes
>Get home later on and make my parents check for bird nests

248 here. it is lame. There used to be a lot of abandoned locations around me but they're all getting cleared. I hear a lot of creepy shit happens in northern Michigan though.
