4. ALWYS watch the news and try to understand where the world is heading. From many different angles. Again I know you, you already do this stuff. Study human history and psychology. This is all I can say. What did humans believe 100 years ago, what do they now?

5. Be careful with video games. Most of them are full of propaganda. They are even more dangerous than films in this regard. Your goal is to be ALWAYS aware of propaganda. Then you can watch it. But only in order to understand THEM. Also be careful with pornography. It is a tool in order to sap valuable resources from your brain. It's their favorite tool.

6. NEVER fall for chauvinism of any kind. It is a manipulation technique in order to appeal to your lowest instincts and paralyze your brain. Never take pride in anything related to nation, gender, etc... Pride is a fiction. All nations are governed by the same forces since the beginning of time.
