Is it in anyway possible to induce sleep paralysis? And not to lucid dream or to astral project, but to be fucking spooked..- I've had it once in my live, during that time my crucifix necklace was broken, do i have to put it away?
Bump it's night, help me out.
The only way I know that might work is to lie very still in your bed, you will get massive urges to move, twitch anything that would tell your body that the mind is awake
just don't move

How about your eyes, tongue?

don't open your eyes, just try to sleep like
You would normally but when you get the urge to itch or move or roll over etc, ignore it, its your body asking the mind if its asleep so it can go to sleep aka paralysis
easiest way is lying on your back, lying on your side usually makes it harder to trigger. the biggest thing is not to move for a while like everyone else is saying.

Although you can't set yourself up for a guaranteed instance of sleep paralysis, you can do a few things to increase your chances of it.
Here's a few things you can do:
>Eat dairy products 1 hour before bed, including cheese, ice cream, yogurt, and whole milk
>Sleep on your back, not your side
>Sleep with two pillows stacked for your head instead of one
>Leaving your hand in a medium sized bowl of warm water
>Elevating your legs using cushions
>Going to bed late at night (ie 3am)
>Only sleep a small amount for a week
i can do it by:
1. (works the best) royally fucking up my sleeping schedule
2. (sometimes works) hold one arm up slightly and when you start to fall asleep it'll fall, sometimes this will wake up your mind and not your body
