I actually play these games unironically sometimes. I have a pregnancy fetish, and some of the doctor games are weirdly calming, not to mention unintentionally funny as hell. There's something about repeating actions and making something "clean", "fixing" it, that has calmed me down ever since I was a child. I can even see where they are coming from with the popular kid media characters; when I was a kid, I would draw injured Pokemon on pieces of paper and "heal" them by slowly erasing their injuries and adding missing body parts.

To me i see it as this, either AI running these channels and using what appears in news headlines and google/youtube trends as content to rip off, or underpaid indian children hired to steal 3d models and line them up with an animation rig to get a whole 3 shekels to feed their family.
