Here's the Sanskrit mantra. Not sure about pronounciation.

Apparently the mantra means "Homage to the all-pervading Vajras! O Violent One of great wrath! Destroy! hûm trat hâm mâm"

Vajra was a term for both diamond (indestructibility) and lightning (irresistable force). In the Vedas vajra was a term for Indra's lightning weapon. It is also the term for the small object in the pic, which I believe is used as a focal point for energy and meditation. I would imagine there are some differences in the term for this mantra.

Not finding a good explanation of the last line. Perhaps some nice Buddhist will expand on this.
