Well, if you notice, its partially a callback to episode 1. Each character is now colored the color of their favorite color, so I think it means that they've succeeded in some way, and are now starting to be able to embrace their own identities and whatnot.

So, I saw that the video was out, but decided not to watch it right away because the last DHMIS that came out gave me bad existential chills.

So that night I dream about being stuck in a dream and knowing I'm stuck and it's all going bad, so I find a plug or button or something and press/unplug it and my dream just restarted instead of bringing and end to it/me waking up.

Then the next day I watched this most recent one and now I just don't know what the fuck.

DHIS was red's dreams all along. A way to escape to it's boring life that went out of control, that's why he left, keeping his imaginary friends trapped into the nightmare, but when he came back to reality he got depressed and wanted to came back.

I believe the whole series is basically red guy falling into a schizophrenic dream-world.
Yellow guy is red as a child, and Duck guy represents the friends that have been pushed away because of his mental illness.
Roy is Red's father, who is by his side the whole time, trying to bring him back to reality, but sadly, Red is too far gone, and trapped in the world in his mind.
Hacky, tired kind of premise, but it's what I took from it.

In other words, it's about the average x poster.

Also, notice how when the episode ended that it is no longer June 19th. IMO, this is the end of DHMIS because DHMIS always takes place on June 19th.

In my opinion, the 3 characters were pulled into a time loop within their reality, and the only way to exit the time loop was to solve the problems that they were having (basically being trapped in some sort of computer simulation, being controlled by the dude's father[?]). So, basically, since they solved the problem, the time loop has been closed and they could go back to living their lives.

Its all about Media in general. How good ideas are taking from big companies just to make profit. DHMIS refused to take any money from big companies after the first episode of DHMIS. The End of episode 6 is clearly what the Characters want to do finally, and not what the "teachers" wanted to do for profit. The Notepad is the only exeption, and that's why he is shown at the end of episode 6

Maybe the reason that the media theory is most common is because it makes the most sense? Quit being contrarian. Usually if a lot of people come to the same conclusion, it's because the pieces of the puzzle fit together that way.
