There's this thread on /gif/ called "columbus ohio, 1982"... it's a bunch of really weird porn clips. They start off just a bit odd and then get creepier as you go... you have to check them out:

You'll need teh audio... but basically it's old (possibly) amateur home recordings of sex, but cut in a way that makes you think whoever this person is, they're probably dead.
Some of the later clips have direct comments in the audio like a whispered "I will kill you", and the one clip has a happy looking woman in a hot tub move across the tub while looking into the camera and then it freeze-frames on her face as she suddenly looks worried... these are examples, they're worth exploring.
Some are composited with standard creepy pasta images, but most aren't. "dining room or there is nothing" can be briefly seen in one. But it's not done in a way to imply those things are created by the filmmaker, only to suggest a relationship in philosophy.

There are millions of amateur videos online for free, and even more that need to be purchased, or are just left sitting in personal index pages. Source will probably never be found.

I don't know... they're all titled "My Movie" or "My Movie 2" implying they were saved directly from someone's camera app rather than going through some site somewhere.
