>after a few days of this we start hearing dead grandpa's voice saying random words really slowly
>we get really scared
>REALLY scared
>bring in town priest, does his blessing thing around certain objects, all good for a little while
>starts up again
>this time grandma says to bring in the native spiritual guy up in the hills
>neighbor man and dad go get him
>come back an hour later with the medicine man on this little bike

>chanting, holding amulets, singing
>take him back, pay him with some food and pesos
>that night grandpa ghost starts up again, this time moaning and wailing about how much he misses grandma
>hear grandma talking back to him, saying how it's her time, and everything goes quiet
>died in bed with her eyes open, and a wide smile on her mouth
>no one really talks about it
>tfw qt3.14 will never take you with her to heaven at age 97

This is the closest experience i have ever had personally.

>living at my moms place
>in a tiny village the middle of nowhere
>it's 4am and i'm still awake drawing
>decide to go on a sam fisher mission to go for a smoke
>old house so its creaky as fuck
>plus moms got super hearing and hates being woken up
>it's dead silent and so i have to slowly creep down the stairs in the pitch black
>after a literal 5 minutes i'm downstairs in the kitchen
>spend a further minute just unlocking the back door and closing it once outside
>spark up
>it is dead silent outside i mean NOTHING
>no wind either, its like someone pressed pause on the world
>still in nigh on complete darkness
>finish ciggy, sit on the floor and close eyes
>feel content, i like doing this sometimes
>20+ mins pass
>and then out of nowhere i hear this muffled bell toll in the distance, sounds like its a good while away out of town
>there's nothing but woods and fields for miles out of the village
>check time on phone, 4:26am
>the rules out a church then surely, they toll by the hour
>and its still tolling, well over 4-5 times more like 20-30 time at this point
>gets louder and louder and LOUDER
>i stand up and back up to my door
>my eyes have adjusted to the lack of light and i can make out most of my garden now
>suddenly feel freezing, get goosebumps
>gust of wind comes out of nowhere and i can visibly see the wind travel through the grass towards me
>hits me like a gale force ton of bricks
>adrenaline
>get the fuck inside and rush to my room, don't sleep at all
>ended up drawing some strange things that morning
>the worst thing is i don't remember drawing them

>get up, walk to closet door
>crying getting louder
>open the door
>nothing, just really dark
>suddenly feel like I'm falling
>wake up on the floor
>older brother is next to me, on phone with 911
>tells me he found me at the edge of the stairs (upstairs), convulsing
>stairs are at least 30 or so feet from my room
