During vocational school, my fellow students and I formed a joke off-shoot of the freemasons called the "freeplumbers" and welcomed newbie students with funny rituals.

One time we blindfolded a couple of guys, shook around a burlap sack full of broken mirror glass, and made them think they were stepping off the stairs onto broken glass while barefoot, but it was actually just a pile of potato chips beneath their feet.

It was a lot of fun, but the president of our community college shut us down because >hazing and >"muh feelings"

I met someone a long time ago who offered to indoctrinate me into their secret spooky club. This was all over the internet, so I never met anyone. They sent me to a site that just had a white page with a login. They gave me a temporary password. The site was basically /x/ without the shitposting. Lots of news articles. Everything from UFOs to fucking Boogiemen. I started getting a strong no feeling, and pussied out. Fuck my younger-pussy-chicken-shit self.

I actually met members of an officially dismantled spirit circle. I live in the city of allan kardec and there are few private circles. Everyone went silent and don't have website or else anymore. Only remain the official allan kardec center.
I tried to push a little to find occult circles since the city is historically know to have had many occultists. But found nothing.

Has anyone ever been to any meetings?

A Victorian museum here in Durham (England) has a direct replica of an old Masonic Hall so I had a look around.

It wasn't very spoopy but at one point I was the only person inside and it felt a bit sinister in silence
