The Planet was created by and Extraterrestrial Species of Gods.
Adam, was designed to be a new Creature tasked with the duty of ruling the Planet one day. Mortal and frail, lacking instinct, but posed creativity and consciousness, which he gained from the Engineer's DNA.
Lilith however, was created as an experiment.
She was a hybrid of the top tier predators the Engineers created.
She took on the mantle of a Human, but her DNA was spliced with hybridized genetic material.
This made Lilith the ultimate predator, a species designed to kill and dominate.
Adam was appalled by his chosen mate, and when the Engineers returned from building their tombs in Egypt, he demanded a mate that would be just like him.
The Engineers reluctantly created Eve from Genetic material taken from Adam's rib, to grant Adam's wish.
They also used it to create the other races on the Planet to spite Adam, and to make sure he and his bloodline would have constant adversaries.
For Millienia Adam's bloodline and Lilith's have mingled, but Human DNA is dominant, and often breeds out Lilith's hybrid nature.
Since then we have been forsaken by the Species that created us, and doomed to go extinct on this planet.

Adam and Eve are just concepts to help better understand life.

Over enough course of time, a species will bear a conscience (which people have paraphrased being born into sin). Those names were given to the first to awake into this "dream-world".

If all things matter are presumed infinite, matter and all, then undoubtedly another chance of life will be given in a blink of an eye. Something like us, but not us.

God, another concept, but considered of all things, shaped man-kind in God's image. The mass and it's trajectory leading up to this point.

If that's so, we are just a small spectrum of infinity.

There will be another "humankind". There will be another "Earth" and the "heavens" above to accompany it for all eternity.
