It's not so much his voice actually, it's his tone, the ridiculous news anchor/tv announcer rise and fall, the inclination of sentences. It's really off putting and annoying.

He doesn't do this on other videos where he's "being himself" more, so it's really obvious and I just find it obnoxious.
