Use Luciferian Tarot for myself, Dragon or Hermetic Tarot for everyone else
It works. Though, I've never done a reading for someone else really. I only used it for myself.
Just a set of correspondences, projected onto. Create your own.
I've had tarot cards done on me three times and they've all said the same thing.I was mistreated as a child, I'm currently trying to find my way and I'll be a great leader soon. Clearly I am supposed to join ISIS or something

I'll bite. Frenchfag here. It works.
I've been using a Tarot de Marseille quite successfully, with a random yet decent online guide.
The cards are deep human themes that anyone can relate to.
The way I see it, it's all about the current energy signature of a person.
The deck gets tuned to the reader's energy after a few readings and basically "talks" like the reader's subconscious would talk.
To get a proper reading for another person, I need to be able to "feel" deeply what that person is about when I cut the deck (ie: feeling their energy, close friends work better)
So yeah you have to be sensitive af.
>close friend comes to be for a reading
>he's been single for a while so I tell him jokingly half the reading is gonna be about gurls
>The Lovers is drawn as his "higher ideal/expectation"

What exactly could I use tarot cards for? I get the vague idea that it's for sort of divining the future I guess. Is that it?

You ask a question and it gives you a possible outcome and or some insight into the situation.
People who think it has to do with energy are crazy, but I do find it useful in a way. If I ask a question and get a positive answer, I find it soothing like a placebo effect . If I ask a question and get a negative answer, I take it into consideration and anaylze the situation from that angle.
But they're just random cards, they can't tell the future.

It's not the future as much as the current energy signature of a person with its probable causes and consequences on their life.

Tarot is very real and it works, however i cant really tell why. I do have some theories but they are nothing more than that. I dont think its linked to energy though.
That said, Tarot readings should be taken with a grain of salt. Tarot is easy to learn but really hard to master.
>Card that represents you the most
I feel represented by pic related but mostly because i always get it the few times i read for myself. I am also Cancer and can identify with the card meaning in various ways.
>Stories
Since i mostly read for other people, sometimes i dont really know how accurate my reading but every now and then i got really good responses.
For example a few months ago i read for a friend and told him he was going to leave the country and move with a woman. He is leaving next week to panama, he will live at his sisters house.
Other time another friend ask me for a read. I told her that it was a bad time for lying and for secret affairs. His boyfriend had caught her cheating the previous day.
Most of my stories are like that.
