Anon, I think there's a big issue in the way you ask your question/request. Claiming that 'GOD" isn't real when you obviously have little evidence of these 'gods' you want to see walking are somehow real is pretty absurd. I'm not on the attack, i just want to show that there is a warped mentality in your worldview. You're coming from a pretty closed mindset when it comes to a Supreme Being

Anyway, to address your post. i would say its very unlikely people have any legitimate sightings terrestrial gods walking the earth. Just think, if these are extremely powerful beings, they certainly are very reclusive and pointless. They would exist in a world where the vast majority of its people disregard them as myth and legend and literary figures, and it'd be pretty odd for them to stay in the shadows on the same level as bigfoot.

More likely any sightings are just misconceptions of regular humans, hoaxes, animals, etc. other than that, you're looking at old legends and stories and oracles, which you should probably take with a grain of salt.

I get it. It's fascinating. It's mysterious. i too love mythical stories and creatures and reading about them in ancient poetry and what not. Just trying to keep it real.

When I was about 19 I was driving to my friends game night and along the road I saw something walking across the street in front of me and when I got closer I turned my brights on and it looked at me. It looked like a persons shadow but it was almost glowing but still a shadow? It looked at me for a moment and then it just vanished. I felt a strong power from it before it left, like a godly power. I felt small and insignificant compared to this thing.
But later that week I felt like I was being watched or observed no matter where I was and seemed to have better luck for a while. I found my lost rare collectors knife I thought was gone in a previous move and kept seeing the same pattern/sigil type thing

We don't tend to think of them as past incarnation or future incarnation, just alterposed autonomous versions of ourselves. The fairy version of you is still alive in that sense and if you find them they'll be able to talk to you like anything else would.

This. When I was a kid, my dad and I went to visit with a friend and his kids who lived by a lake. We went out on a boat a couple of times. Once while we were out, we got rocked about a bit roughly. I had seen the Odyssey for the first time just a few weeks before, and jokingly said "Curse you, Poseidon, stop rocking the boat!". Got a couple chuckles and someone start singing "Don't rock the boat baby", but my dad's friend, who was driving the boat, just looked back at me shocked and said "WHAT did you just say?". Look at it another way: Suppose someone has it in for me so badly that they'd pose as someone willing to be a fairy just so they could have an in to attacking me or my fairies, which are technically a part of me.
